With a history in the group stretching back over 150 years there are manufacturing
facilities across England in support of our 24 hours a day, 365 days a year commitment
to our customers with in addition and number of regional fast track fabrication facilities.

Fabrication

Our piping fabrication facility is one of the largest in the UK with over 200 weld procedures and dedicated weld engineering support we are able to handle pipework ranging from ½”
to 60” in diameter and provide all of the necessary NDT, pressure testing, heat treatment and stress relieving support.

In addition to pipework fabrication we also undertake:

• Light fabrication incl. HVAC, guards, cowling etc.

• Manufacture of access platforms, gantries, walkways, ladders, stairways and

• Manufacture of tanks and vessels and the fabrication of shell plates, floor plates
  and roof trusses for on site tank repair
• Manufacture of pre-assembled units, pre-assembled racks, skid units and
  process plant modules

Workshop Services

Our technicians are all highly trained with technical support available from within the business and through alignment with key industry specialists and original equipment manufacturers.

We provide integrated maintenance, repair and operational support to industrial users ranging from repair, upgrade and performance improvement through to total
management and care packages.

Our care packages are designed to focus on asset life - maintaining integrity and
reliability of the equipment whilst maximising the cost benefits. Facilities are equipped
with the latest overhaul and testing equipment offering complimentary support services including calibration, machining, specialist welding, materials and welding technology.

Facilities operate to BS EN ISO 9001-2000, BS OHSAS 18001-2007 and BS-EN-ISO 14001-2004 and are controlled within our Business Management System.

Our regional mechanical workshops provide added value to the services already available within our Integrated Maintenance and Modification contracts.
